Ingredients

  • 4oz Caster Sugar
  • 8oz Butter
  • 10oz Self Raising Flour
  • 1oz Chopped Nuts
  • 1oz Chopped Cherries

Method

  1. Cream butter and sugar together until soft and creamy
  2. Add sieved self raising flour and then nuts and cherries
  3. Roll into small balls and place on greased trays
  4. Press down with fork
  5. Bake for 20 mins at 150C until pale golden. Cool on wire trays.
