Stilton and Walnut Pate

Ingredients

  • 8oz white stilton cheese
  • 4oz cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp port
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2oz finely chopped walnuts
  • salt and pepper

Method

  1. Process cream cheese, stilton and port and beat until smooth
  2. Stir in herbs and seasoning and walnuts
  3. Turn into dishes and chill (cover in cling film)
