Masquerade
Ingredients
- 1 small tin condensed milk
- 4oz butter
- 4oz caster sugar
- 1 tbsp golden syrup
- 4oz rice crispies
- 2oz chopped nuts
- 2oz chopped cherries
- 2oz dates
- 2oz mixed fruit
- 2oz chopped apricots (no need to soak)
- White chocolate
Method
- Put milk, butter, sugar, and syrup in pan over low heat. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Bring to boil and stir for 3 minutes until a golden brown.
- Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Press into lined swiss roll tin and cover with melted white chocolate.
- Leave to cool and cut into fingers.
