Lantern Tray Bake
Ingredients
- 4oz butter
 - 4oz chocolate (good quality)
 - 4oz raisins
 - 1 small tin condensed milk
 - 8oz crushed digestive biscuits
 - Chocolate to cover
 
Method
- Melt butter and chocolate slowly in a pan
 - Add milk and mix well
 - Stir in raisins and biscuits
 - Pour into swiss roll tin and level out. Leave to set.
 - Cover with melted chocolate.
 - Cut into fingers before it sets.
