Lantern Tray Bake


  • 4oz butter
  • 4oz chocolate (good quality)
  • 4oz raisins
  • 1 small tin condensed milk
  • 8oz crushed digestive biscuits
  • Chocolate to cover


  1. Melt butter and chocolate slowly in a pan
  2. Add milk and mix well
  3. Stir in raisins and biscuits
  4. Pour into swiss roll tin and level out. Leave to set.
  5. Cover with melted chocolate.
  6. Cut into fingers before it sets.
