- 8oz smoked haddock, cooked and flaked
- 1 small tin crushed pineapple
- ¼ pint double cream, whipped
- About 1 ½ lbs mashed potatoes, with salt & pepper and a pinch of nutmeg
- 2oz grated cheddar cheese
- Place pineapple in bottom of casserole dish.
- Mix together cream and fish, and place on top of pinapple.
- Pipe or spread mashed potato over fish, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at Gas 4, 180°c, Electric 350°. Serve with salad.
