Ham & Cranberry Pin Wheels

Ingredients

  • ½lb Puff Pastry
  • 3oz Wafer Thin Ham
  • 3oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 tsp Wholegrain Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Cranberry Sauce
  • Salt & Black Pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to Gas 7, 425F, 200C.
  2. Roll out pastry to an 11 x 7" rectangle. Trim to give a perfect shape.
  3. Finely chop ham and add to rest of ingrediens. Spread mixture over pastry until 1/4" of the edges. With the long side facing you, roll up like a sausage roll and then wrap in cling film. Chill for 15 mins.
  4. Cut into slices about 1/4" wide and place on a dampened baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes until puffed and golden.
