Easter Coleslaw


  • 3tbsp Orange Marmalade
  • 3tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1tbsp White Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 12oz Shredded white cabbage
  • 3 segmented Oranges (or tin of mandarins)
  • Bunch of spring onions, chopped
  • 4oz Grapes


  1. Combine marmalade, mayonnaise, white vinegar and seasoning and mix well.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cabbages, oranges and onions.
  3. Add any juice collected from oranges to dressing and fold through cabbage mixture. Chill until ready to use, turn into serving dishes and scatter with grapes.

Editors note: This recipe had a bunch of pen on it originally which (we believe) indicates that the intention was to use grapes in this recipe, however the original recipe made reference to nuts - maybe Sheila changed her mind about this recipe after printing?
