Curried Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp Salad Cream or Mayonnaise
  • 1 rounded tsp Curry Powder or Curry Paste
  • ½ small white Cabbage, shredded
  • 2 grated Carrots
  • 1 grated Onion
  • 2oz Salted Peanuts
  • 2oz Sultanas

Method

  1. Mix salad cream with curry.
  2. Mix together cabbage, carrot and onion and mix well.
  3. Add nuts and sultanas.
  4. Mix curried cream into coleslaw and mix well. Chill.

Can be frozen for up to six months. Thaw overnight and mix again.
