Ingredients
- 6oz Plain cooking chocolate
- 2oz Butter
- 3oz Caster Sugar
- 2oz Chopped Cherries
- 2oz Chopped Walnuts
- 4oz Desiccated Coconut
Method
- Melt chocolate. Line a 11x7 inch tin with foil and pour in the chocolate. Leave to set.
- Beat butter and sugar and then egg. Stir in coconut, cherries and nuts. Spread over chocolate and bake for 20 minutes at 175C
- Cut into squares while warm, then leave to go cold. Invert onto tray and then peel off foil.
