Ingredients

  • 1 cup All Bran
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup suagr
  • 1 cup dried fruit
  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • Pinch salt

Method

  1. Put All Bran, sugar, fruit, and milk in basin, stir well, cover, and leave overnight.
  2. Beat in flour and salt, and turn into a well-greased and lined 1lb loaf tin. Bake for 1 hour at Gas 4, 350° elec.
